The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) is seeking a PDCS Trainee Therapist to support group-based treatment programs for adults with personality disorders, primarily utilizing Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT). This role involves delivering therapy within a structured treatment pathway, completing pre-treatment assessments, managing clinical records, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating both MBT and DBT skills groups. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team, mentor junior practitioners, and engage with service users during their treatment journey.
