NHS Golden Jubilee in Glasgow is looking to hire four Maintenance Assistants to support a comprehensive maintenance, repair, and minor works service. The successful candidates will work as part of a multi-skilled team, handling electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs that do not require specialized tradespeople. This role involves independent risk assessments of faulty equipment and providing assistance to Multi-Skilled Technicians and Craftsmen. The position is shift-based, rotating between three days on, three days off, and includes some night shifts.
Candidates should possess a broad knowledge of various trades relevant to the healthcare environment and must demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills to function effectively within a close-knit team.
