TipTopJob in Liverpool is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dynamic team at a welcoming nursery. This full-time and part-time role emphasises providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children in alignment with the EYFS framework. Key responsibilities include maintaining communication with parents, ensuring children's safety and welfare, fostering development through engaging activities, and keeping detailed records of each child's progress.
Candidates must possess an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification, with at least one year of experience in a childcare setting required. Those with an NVQ Level 2 and relevant experience are also considered. The position offers flexible working options, with part-time applicants able to choose to work one to four days per week. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high:quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS framework.
- Maintain excellent communication with parents, providing daily updates on their childs progress and activities.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and well:being of all children in your care.
- Support childrens development through creative, fun, and educational activities.
- Keep up:to:date records of each childs development and milestones.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive nursery environment.
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NNEB) (required).
- NVQ Level 2 applicants considered, ideally with experience in caring for babies or toddlers.
- At least 1 year of experience in a nursery or childcare setting (required).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
- Experience with online learning journals (useful but not essential).
- Standard shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00:17:00, 11:00:15:00.
