The role of Administrator at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, in partnership with Tripple Tree Ltd, involves providing comprehensive administrative support within the Community Division clinical teams in Liverpool. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, be computer literate, and work well with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include handling electronic records, managing calls from patients and health professionals, and performing general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and processing sensitive information. The position requires flexibility to support various teams and locations within the Trust, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with service users, including children and their families, while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
