Alfabétiko is seeking a Specialist Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join their multi-disciplinary team in London, specifically in the Isle of Dogs and Tower Hamlets Centre for Mental Health. This role is ideal for newly or recently qualified professionals who have a passion for working with individuals facing severe and enduring mental health challenges, particularly in a diverse, multicultural setting. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessments, implement evidence-based treatments, and offer psychological advice to staff and family members. They will receive supervision from a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist, actively participate in staff training, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

In addition to direct clinical work, the role entails collaboration with various healthcare providers and engagement in co-production initiatives with service users.
