The Endoscopy Clerical Officer at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust will provide essential administrative support within the Endoscopy Department, assisting both booking and reception teams. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, relatives, and multidisciplinary staff, alongside the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The post holder will ensure accurate and timely data entry of patient information into the Patient Administration System (PAS) and will be involved in the management of patient waiting lists for various endoscopic procedures, adhering to Trust policies on data confidentiality.
