The West London NHS Trust is seeking a Specialist Clinical/Counselling Psychologist (Band 7) to join the Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT) in Hounslow, focusing on adult mental health. This role involves providing holistic support and treatment to adults with diverse mental health issues within a multidisciplinary team (MDT). Ideal candidates will be early-career psychologists eager to develop skills in managing complex needs, trauma, and personality disorders.

Key responsibilities include conducting highly specialized assessments and treatments for individuals and groups, engaging with clients from various cultural backgrounds (including asylum seekers), and fostering equality of access to services. The psychologist will provide consultation, training, and supervision to the MDT and contribute to service development, audit, and research efforts. Collaboration with trainee psychologists and local doctorate programs is encouraged.
