Mendip Vale Medical Group is seeking Patient Co-ordinators to join their team in Yatton, supporting their expanding services for over 85,000 patients across multiple sites. The role involves assisting patients with their inquiries, guiding them to appropriate healthcare services and professionals in a courteous and efficient manner. Key responsibilities include managing appointment bookings, handling administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Candidates should have experience in customer service or reception roles, with desirable qualifications in administration or primary care settings. Essential requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths, alongside a commitment to ongoing personal development.
