NHS Scotland is seeking to recruit a Healthcare Support Worker in Dunfermline to join the Advanced Nurse Practitioner service within the Fife District Nursing Service. This role involves delivering safe, effective, and person-centered care to patients in the community, addressing the evolving needs of individuals as they age. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, work effectively in a team, and be able to perform autonomously. Flexibility in travel across various Locality areas in Fife is required, and candidates should be prepared to become members of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
