The Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Clinical Psychologist to lead psychological services within two Children and Young People's Mental Health (CYPMH) teams located in The Bay area, encompassing Lancaster, Morecambe, Kendal, and Barrow-in-Furness. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and governance for psychologists and psychological therapists, offer specialist psychological expertise in a multi-disciplinary setting, and contribute to service development and research, particularly related to neuro-diversity or personality issues stemming from developmental trauma. Candidates should possess strong leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective policies and services within the clinical area.
