The role of Janitor (ABC11585) with Aberdeen City Council involves providing essential support services to ensure the safe and efficient operation of various educational properties in Aberdeen. This permanent, full-time position requires collaboration with Integrated Children’s and Family Services and Facilities Management teams, while attending to tasks like building maintenance, security management, and operation of janitorial equipment. No formal qualifications are necessary, though candidates must meet health and fitness standards and obtain a recognized qualification in swimming pool maintenance within six months of starting.
