Key Responsibilities
Preparing papers and files, including documents for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.
Creating and Updating records on the in-house system, including collecting information.
Booking, preparing, and organising court hearings.
Processing casework such as court orders.
Clerking employment Tribunals in person and via CVP.
Answering queries (face to face) and answering telephone calls.
Communicating with Judiciary, and other court staff.
Working under pressure and delivering a 'right first time' service to all.

Skills And Qualifications
5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) grades A*-C, or NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or administrative experience.
