The NHS Scotland is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Salary Sacrifice Officer for a 37-hour per week position at Summerfield House, Aberdeen, within the Car Leasing and Expenses Department. This new role involves administering both new and established salary sacrifice schemes, conducting authorisation checks, and supporting the wider Car Leasing and Expenses team. Applicants are expected to have at least 5 standard grades, including English and Maths, or equivalent experience, with previous knowledge of running salary sacrifice schemes or NHS Workforce systems being a plus, though training will be provided.

The position offers a Band 4 salary ranging from £29,116 to £31,670.
