The role of Admin Officer (AO) - Band E at Birkenhead with Virtual Bridges involves providing administrative support to the HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS), an agency of the Ministry of Justice. This full-time, temporary position lasts for three months, with the possibility of extension, and requires candidates to work 37 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at an hourly rate of £11.88. Responsibilities include preparing documents and files for court proceedings, maintaining records, data entry, and communicating with judiciary members and other court staff, as well as managing inquiries from court users through various communication channels.

Candidates must possess strong administrative and IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
