NHS Scotland is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Perioperative Assistant for the Acute Theatre Suite in Kirkcaldy. The role involves supporting a variety of surgical specialties, including Maxillo Facial, ENT, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Trauma, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Urology, and Paediatrics, while participating in both elective and emergency procedures. Candidates must have prior theatre experience, strong communication skills, and should possess an SVQ Level 3 in Perioperative Practice or Health Care Support. Flexibility is essential, as the position may involve shift work, weekends, and rotating nights across various sites in Fife.
