The role of Staff Nurse MFU at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust in Worthing involves assisting the Matron/Sister in the daily operations of the department while supporting team members such as healthcare assistants and dental nurses. The nurse will ensure a safe, clean environment for patient care, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, provide expert clinical skills in nurse-led dressing clinics, and manage the necessary stock and equipment needed for clinics. Additionally, the nurse will undertake complex patient follow-ups, document clinical findings, and advocate for patients.
