Manage Resources And Budgets Support the Service/Area Manager with budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service. Youll be the go:to person for staff expenditure and helping make strategic decisions to ensure services are running efficiently. Plan And Manage Rotas Help the organisation meet its goals by creating effective rotas, making sure staff meet their contractual hours and personal objectives. Collaborate And Build Relationships Be a key player in multidisciplinary meetings, working closely with local authorities, clinicians, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to care. What Were Looking For from our Assistant/Deputy Hospital Manager : : Experience and Qualifications: Degree level or QCF Level 5 in Health/Social Care (or equivalent). Experience managing staff and resources in healthcare or social care. : Leadership: Proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to deliver high standards of care. : Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of CQC regulations and compliance. : Flexibility: Ability to work outside standard hours when required to ensure service delivery.
