CARE Fertility is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Services Executive to join their team in Leeds. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive personalized and expert care throughout their fertility journey. You will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to uphold the company's core values of compassion, collaboration, and expertise. Ideal candidates should have experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, preferably within healthcare, along with strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
