CARE Fertility is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Services Executive to join their team in Leeds. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive personalized and expert care throughout their fertility journey. You will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to uphold the company's core values of compassion, collaboration, and expertise. Ideal candidates should have experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, preferably within healthcare, along with strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Located at Seacroft Hospital, the working hours are Monday to Friday, with some weekend shifts on a rota basis. It is essential that you have strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of compassion in every interaction, as well as the ability to provide a service rooted in expertise and attention to detail with a strong focus on patient experience and satisfaction.

You will work between 7.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday (we do some weekend working 7.30 -3.30pm on a rota basis).
