The Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a "Team Administrator" for its Community Care Division in Liverpool. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to clinical teams, with responsibilities including processing patient referrals, booking appointments, handling telephone queries, managing team stock, and minute-taking at meetings. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be proficient with computers. They must be able to work independently, handle tight deadlines, and ensure a high standard of customer care while being empathetic towards service users. The position is based at 25 Goodlass Rd, Speke, with occasional travel to other sites. Flexible working arrangements may be considered.
