The Community Mental Health Support Worker role at Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust involves supporting adults with personality-based difficulties and complex trauma within the Wirral Complex Needs Service. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate and implement psychological care, facilitating access to broader support services while promoting a strengths-based approach to recovery. The position emphasises communication and relationship-building with service users, carers, and healthcare professionals, along with engagement in clinical discussions and adherence to governance and risk management protocols.
