NHS Grampian is seeking a Break Facilitator in Aberdeen to support the wellbeing of Resident Doctors by facilitating cultural and behavioral change within the medical community. This full-time, fixed-term position involves working on a rota system covering days, nights, and weekends as part of the newly formed Break Facilitation Team. The role requires close collaboration with clinical leadership and operational management to address challenges impacting staff breaks, necessitating strong communication skills and a good physical fitness level for moving between wards.
