At Surrey Downs Health & Care, we're looking for dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our small, friendly Twilight Team. You'll be providing essential support to patients in their own homes, working closely alongside registered nurses. Enjoy flexible shifts from 6:30pm to 11:30pm, with a minimum commitment of just two shifts per week, allowing you to balance your work and personal life seamlessly.
In this rewarding role, you'll help promote the physical, mental, and emotional health of those in your care, all while being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. With driving being essential, you'll be out and about in the community, providing person-centred care in collaboration with local NHS organisations.
