Sedna is seeking a Key Account Manager based in London to enhance relationships with key customers in the commodities and maritime segments. This strategic role involves deepening customer engagement, driving growth within existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities for product expansion. Responsibilities include developing industry knowledge, executing account strategies, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful adoption of Sedna’s AI-powered platform, and managing contract renewals. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the maritime/logistics industry and demonstrate strong client relationship management skills, particularly at the C-Suite level.

Successful candidates will be self-motivated, effective communicators, and exhibit emotional intelligence. They should possess a technical aptitude to quickly learn modern technologies and be adaptable to change.
