What You’ll Do Deliver person-centred care, supporting individuals in their own home to live as independently and comfortably as possible. Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meals, and mobility. Provide emotional support and companionship, ensuring a calm and comforting presence. Work closely with the team to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for individuals who are: Compassionate and Caring: With a genuine interest in improving the lives of others. Reliable and Observant: Attentive to the needs and changes in the health or mood of the individuals in your care. Team-Oriented: Able to work effectively with others to provide the best possible care. Experienced: Whether you’re a seasoned carer or a trainee, you’ll receive the support and training needed to succeed in this role. Qualifications Enrolment on to QCF qualification. Previous experience working in care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and to work independently. Compassionate and patient demeanour. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Pay: £12.10 per hour plus 35p per mile travelled - £18.15 per hour paid on bank holiday Shift Pattern: Candidates will be required to work either a morning shift 7am to 3pm or afternoon 3pm to 10.30pm. These can be flexible around your commitments, but it will be required to work alternative weekends. Join Us!
