We are looking for a reliable domiciliary carers to join our team, providing personalised care and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring they lead fulfilling and independent lives. Although it is desirable for candidates to have experience in care, we would be happy to interview people who are looking for a change in career as full training will be provided.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver person-centred care, supporting individuals in their own home to live as independently and comfortably as possible.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, ensuring a calm and comforting presence.
- Work closely with the team to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for individuals who are:

Qualifications
- Enrolment on to QCF qualification.
- Previous experience working in care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and to work independently.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: £12.10 per hour plus 35p per mile travelled - £18.15 per hour paid on bank holiday
Shift Pattern: Candidates will be required to work either a morning shift 7am to 3pm or afternoon 3pm to 10.30pm. These can be flexible around your commitments, but it will be required to work alternative weekends.
