The Oxfordshire Learning Disability CAMHS Service is seeking an Occupational Therapist and Keyworker to join their expanding team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. This role focuses on supporting children and young people with learning disabilities by enhancing their quality of life and health, conducting holistic assessments, and delivering person-centered interventions that improve daily functioning and mental health. The position involves community-based work, including home and school visits, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and managing risks while supporting young people and their families.
