The NHS Scotland is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Ward Clerk - Health Records Assistant within various wards of the Acute Services Directorate in Larbert. Candidates should possess relevant clerical or reception experience, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position requires handling challenging phone calls from staff, patients, and relatives, as well as accurately filing patient notes after discharge. Applicants must be capable of managing physical tasks related to case note transfer and be self-motivated in prioritizing duties in a fast-paced environment. A Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check is required for this position.
