HCS Water Treatment is looking for a proactive Admin Coordinator to join their Glasgow head office team. The role involves coordinating schedules and workflows for engineers, managing various administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency, and supporting the Risk Assessing Team in assessments and action plan implementations. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate project records, preparing reports, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and providing support to the Risk Assessor Manager.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
