The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Health Support Worker within its Crisis Resolution Intensive Support Service (CRISS). This position involves providing high-quality care to adults with acute mental health needs in a community setting, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team. Candidates should have experience in acute mental health and the ability to support service users with their physical, mental, and holistic needs, often under the supervision of senior colleagues. A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
