Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create schedules for clients and carers, adjusting for various factors like travel and cancellations.
  • Quickly respond to scheduling changes and maintain smooth operations.
  • Provide hands-on client care when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to match carers with clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and carers.
