Training and Development
Fully paid 2:week orientation and 6:month induction
Funded Level 3 Diploma in Therapeutic Childcare and Education
Ongoing training and professional development (worth GBP3,000:GBP3,500)
Therapeutic practice training, leadership development, reflective supervision
Continuous support from in:house and external consultants
Pay and Progression
Starting pay from GBP12.21 + per hour
