As a Therapeutic Carer at our children's residential home, you'll play a vital role in helping our young residents understand and manage their emotions. You'll work in a supportive team environment, implementing care and behaviour plans that create a safe, nurturing space where children can thrive. Your work will provide the daily structure and consistency they need, while also allowing you to build meaningful connections as a trusted role model.

We value your growth! That's why we offer a fully paid two-week orientation, a six-month induction, and even fund your Level 3 Diploma in Therapeutic Childcare and Education. With continuous training and professional development, you'll have the chance to enhance your skills and career, alongside a competitive starting wage of £12.21 per hour – with the opportunity to earn up to £2,500 extra through sleep-ins and bank holidays.
