Join our compassionate Outpatient team in Aberdeen as a Relief Outpatient Assistant Clinic Coordinator! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional support in a healthcare environment. We have two Band 3 vacancies available, offering a full-time role (37 hours per week) with hours from Monday to Friday. Your role will primarily involve working collaboratively across various outpatient areas, where you will be the caring and confident voice for our service users, supporting them with appointment bookings and managing patient waiting lists.

Your excellent communication skills, combined with a methodical approach, will enable you to train and mentor other staff, ensuring the smooth running of our clinic.
