Role Responsibilities:
As a Children’s Complex Care Assistant, you will receive training and clinical support to care for individuals with complex needs such as spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and brain injuries. Your work will include managing tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
Qualifications:
While prior experience in childcare, particularly in ventilation and tracheostomy care, is advantageous, it is not required.

You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next.
