We are looking for a Patient Co-ordination Centre Co-ordinator to join the existing team. In this role you will co-ordinate all administrative activities relating to patient referrals from NHS Boards, Independent Sector sites and Elective Centres across Scotland, including scheduling all patient hospital appointments and admissions. You will also co-ordinate all patient pre-operative assessment clinics, ward admissions, theatre procedures and diagnostic/interventional cardiology procedures.
Extensive previous experience in a health care environment and understanding of Treatment Time Guarantee guidelines is essential for this post as are excellent communication, customer care and organisational skills.
This service supports 7 day working, therefore your working pattern will be 5 days over 7.
