The Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking qualified Speech and Language Therapists to join their Children's Speech and Language Therapy Teams in the Pennine locality, covering areas including Burnley, Pendle, Blackburn with Darwen, and Hyndburn Ribble Valley Rossendale. The role involves improving communication skills of children and young people, collaborating with families, and providing support to professionals across various settings such as clinics, homes, nurseries, and schools. Candidates are expected to possess excellent communication skills, a degree in Speech and Language Therapy, current HCPC registration, and experience working with diverse communication needs.

The role requires a flexible approach and a commitment to professional development, including leadership in service innovation. The successful candidates will manage their own caseloads while also overseeing assistant practitioners. An interest in eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties is desirable.
