The CAMHS Crisis Pathway Psychological Therapies Lead is a key leadership role within a specialized team serving adolescents in mental health crisis across Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey, with the aim of enhancing the support services provided through various avenues, including A&E Hospital Liaison and Home Treatment Teams. The successful candidate, ideally a practitioner psychologist or systemic psychotherapist, will work collaboratively within the senior leadership team to influence the strategic development of the pathway, promote trauma-informed care, and ensure the delivery of high-quality psychological support.

Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to therapists, contributing to a psychologically-informed framework of care, and delivering therapeutic interventions to young people and their families. The role also involves fostering collaboration with staff and service users, offering training and workshops, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Flexibility in work locations may be required, reflecting the ongoing partnership development across mental health trusts in the region.
