Xyla Healthcare Services are looking to recruit a Patient Services Administrator, who will manage the end-to-end administrative processes for patient referrals, to assist the delivery of services across the team.

Every day you will…


  • Support in the patient administration processes, which will include booking appointments.
  • Contact patients, take incoming telephone calls, and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Carry out all administrative tasks which link to full pathway patient management and the day-to-day operations of the Virtual Outpatient Business Unit.
  • Manage administrative pathways in line with the Virtual Outpatient SOP for the service, escalating issues in a timely manner where required.
  • Attend business unit and group training sessions, to build knowledge and capabilities, to aid the growth of the Business Unit.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…


  • Previous experience working within administration in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge/experience of patient referrals
