This is a role to help a lovely young man with learning difficulties get out and about safely and provide some respite for the family. He has cerebral palsy so needs physical support as well as reassurance and confidence to go out. He enjoys swimming, bowling etc.
Hours are flexible for the right person but likely to be weekends during term time and daytime's in summer holidays.
Candidate needs to be a driver with access to own car and able to travel to Wetherby.
Some knowledge of makaton signing would also be helpful.
