Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Cwmbrân is seeking a motivated Business Support Administrator for the Workforce and Organisational Development team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support for the Job Evaluation process, as well as assisting with workforce planning and related projects. Key responsibilities include maintaining the Computer Aided Job Evaluation system, developing workforce databases, and analyzing workforce data. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, and should have experience managing staff and IT systems, preferably in an NHS setting.
