£18.50 - £21.00 per hour (PAYE) / £2,738 - £ 3,1per month

What You'll Do


  • Be the first point of contact for senior leaders, managing their diaries, organising meetings, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Supporting key projects, helping the Chief Executive and Directors achieve their objectives, and contributing to the organisation's wider goals.
  • Building relationships both internally and externally, representing the organisation with professionalism and warmth.
  • Keeping everything on track: from scheduling meetings and organising travel to helping prepare reports and supporting high-level meetings.


What You'll Need


  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a senior setting.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • Confidence to make independent decisions and use your initiative when needed.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Office 365.
