Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new users and conduct initial assessments via chat to understand their mental health needs
- Provide empathetic and supportive responses to help users feel comfortable and safe
- Offer guidance and resource referrals based on individual user needs and preferences
- Collaborate with our triage team to ensure users are paired with the right therapists for ongoing support
- Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills
- Provide feedback to improve the onboarding process and user experience
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed to practice therapy, eligible to provide support via chat
- Strong experience in conducting assessments and providing therapeutic support, preferably in a virtual format
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy through text
- Solid understanding of mental health challenges and best practices in psychotherapy
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
- Part-time availability (4 hours per day Mon-Fri)
