The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for the role of Endoscopy Administration Assistant. This position involves providing essential administrative support within the endoscopy booking office and reception area, ensuring efficient clerical operations. The candidate will manage Outpatient and Inpatient Endoscopy appointments, handle waiting list management, and respond to inquiries from patients and staff. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of data protection and confidentiality, exceptional organisational and communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.

The role requires face-to-face reception duties on a rotational basis, and the successful applicant will work closely with management and staff to maintain a high-quality booking and scheduling service.
