The Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Healthcare Support Workers for Ward 3, a newly established Frailty Short Stay ward in Huddersfield. The role involves supporting qualified nursing staff with various patient care tasks under clearly defined guidelines, requiring the ability to work independently and use initiative within a defined competence level. Key responsibilities include treating patients and colleagues with dignity and respect, maintaining confidentiality, collaborating with the care team, adhering to infection control and health and safety policies, and undertaking training as required.
