Xtreme Communications is seeking Care Assistants to join their team at Care Outlook in Billingshurst, Brighton. This role involves providing personal care to vulnerable and elderly individuals in an extra care scheme, fostering meaningful relationships, and enhancing the quality of life for residents. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities such as washing, toileting, and dressing, as well as performing light housekeeping and maintaining records.
Candidates should be caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate, with flexibility to support clients in their homes and work every other weekend. The position offers competitive pay starting from £11.50, enhanced rates on Bank Holidays, and various benefits including a refer-a-friend scheme and comprehensive training for those without prior experience. Full and part-time hours are available, with shifts scheduled from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Applicants must be authorized to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not provided.
