NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team within their clinical contact center in Glasgow, initially located at Hillington and subsequently moving to Cardonald. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to a team of 12-15 direct reports, overseeing performance management, encouraging operational success, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include handling escalated calls, reviewing processes for improvement, and managing HR aspects such as absence management and time sheet authorisation.

Candidates should have prior management experience in a contact center environment, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and be capable of guiding their team to achieve operational KPIs.
