Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner for a permanent role at HMP Full Sutton in East Riding of Yorkshire. The Practitioner will collaborate with an integrated mental health team, delivering Step 1 interventions and supporting the mental health of the prison population. Responsibilities include building trusting therapeutic relationships, providing informal information and support, facilitating group activities, and engaging service users. The position offers a flexible 37.5-hour workweek, predominantly Monday to Friday, with a focus on supporting individuals’ mental health during incarceration and planning for their reintegration into the community.
