An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator at HMP Manchester for the Primary Care Service, with cover required as needed for the Mental Health Service. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator who enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high-quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, IT competency in Word, Excel and Outlook and a broad range of administrative experience. You will be part of a team of administrators providing admin cover to our service users, clinicians and other health professionals.
If you have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, this will be an excellent opportunity to develop your skills.
You must have lived in the UK and be able to provide 3 years worth of addresses to validate your application. Unfortunately, you will not be shortlisted if you are unable to demonstrate this. This is a mandatory requirement of the enhance prison clearance required for the role.
The successful post holder will be supported with the security checking procedure (Counter Terrorism Clearance) to enable them to work in a High Secure Environment. This must be maintained as a condition of employment.
