The Faster Diagnosis Administrator at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust in Haywards Heath will work with the Urology FDS Navigator and project team to provide comprehensive administrative support for Urology services. Responsibilities include coordinating the pathway administration, managing appointment bookings, facilitating investigations, and maintaining communication with patients throughout their care journey. The role also entails managing clinical documentation, liaising with healthcare professionals, handling referrals, and utilizing various IT systems to ensure efficient service delivery.
