WithYou is seeking three Community Link Workers to join their team in Argyll and Bute, specifically covering GP practices in Islay and Inner Hebrides, Helensburgh and Lomond, Cowal Peninsula, and Isle of Bute. These are permanent, part-time positions offering between 15 to 37.5 hours per week with flexible hours to accommodate individual circumstances and service needs. The role involves providing support through in-person appointments, home visits, community meetings, and remote assistance, while also requiring travel across the region.

The ideal candidates will be compassionate, motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills and experience in supporting those with complex social and emotional challenges. They should possess knowledge of health inequalities, poverty, and mental health issues and demonstrate an ability to establish relationships with various stakeholders, including GP practices and social services. While an SVQ level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare is preferred, it is not essential. The role is part of a growing initiative aimed at supporting remote communities and improving overall health and wellbeing through tailored interventions and evidence-based practices.
