NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the General Manager and Clinical Director within the Surgical Directorate Office at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. The ideal candidate should have a background as a PA to senior managers, preferably in healthcare, and possess strong skills in Microsoft Office 365. Key responsibilities include managing secretarial and administrative tasks, minute-taking (shorthand skills preferred but not essential), and effectively communicating both verbally and in writing. The role also requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle pressure, and demonstrate good organisational capabilities.

Candidates must have a good command of English and the ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment. Existing NHS staff must consult their line manager before applying, while external applicants must meet specific secondment agreements.
